Here at Rugged Athlete our primary purpose is to improve the overall strength, stamina, and grit of our athletes in order to help them become more dominant in life/profession/sport.  

We offer online training programs for the Backcountry, Industrial, Obstacle Course, Tactical, and Weekend Warrior athlete who wants to get stronger and faster. You simply purchase the program that best suits your goals and begin training...simple as that.  Each program is designed with a specific purpose, and the order of the workouts are meant to be completed as prescribed. Our Athlete-Custom program is for those who need a bit more attention and guidance.  The workouts will be tailored to the athlete's specific needs.

We do occasionally hold outdoor obstacle course and tactical training camps.  These are specifically designed to help prepare athletes for the physical and mental demands of their sport or job.  There will be several man-made obstacles and some mother nature obstacles included, along with lots of running/crawling and carrying heavy objects.
