Here at Rugged Athlete our primary purpose is to improve the overall strength, stamina, and grit of our athletes in order to help them become more dominant in life/profession/sport.  

We primarily offer online training for men and women looking to improve their fitness in the following areas:

  • Rucking/Backpacking/Hiking/Mountain Biking

  • Military/Fire and Rescue/Law Enforcement

  • Obstacle Course Racing

  • General Conditioning

We build athletes who wants to get stronger and faster while improving their mental fitness. We offer several programs designed specifically to meet the demands of your sport or profession.  Each program is designed with a specific purpose, nothing is random. Random is lazy. We also incorporate rest/recovery days into the programs to allow the body to re-build itself.

We offer a Custom Athlete program for those who need a bit more attention and guidance.  The workouts will be tailored to the athlete's specific needs.
