Our Athlete-Custom programs are just that, custom to your specific needs. Athletes come in all shapes and sizes, that is why we don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" type programming. 

We will need to know your goal/s, the equipment you have access to, your training background for the past 2-3 years, how many days/hours realistically you have available to train each day/week, and any injuries (recent or past).  Once we know this, we'll schedule an initial phone conversation so we can begin putting the athletes'program together.

Customized Training     $109.00/mo     

  • 4-weeks, 3-5 days a week
  • Custom-tailored workouts based on individual goals.  Best for those who are familiar with general strength training but need a bit more attention and guidance.
  • Weekly communication via emails guaranteed, and 1 phone call per week if needed.
  • Additional videos may be included, if needed.
