Our Tactical Athlete programs are designed for the Fire & Rescue, Police, and Military professionals.  The programs are designed so that each athlete is prepared for the specific demands of his/her job.  We want our tactical athletes strong, but we also want them to be able to remain injury free. 

Fire and Rescue Conditioning 1   $59.00

  • 6 weeks, 4-5 days a week
  • Perfect for anyone who wants to become a firefighter
  • Prepare to pass the Candidate Physical Assessment Test
  • Will need access to a gym and a sledgehammer

Fire and Rescue Conditioning 2    $109.00

  • 14 weeks, 4-5 days a week
  • Improve strength, power, and stamina specific to the job
  • Will need a weight vest/backpack
  • Several Assessments are scheduled to measure progress and build competitiveness among crew members
  • Perfect for the seasoned firefighter professional
  • Will need access to a gym or an "in-house" fitness center

Wildland Firefighter     $79.00

  • 8 weeks, 4-5 days a week
  • Crush the "Pack Test" and stay injury-free during the fire season
  • Improve strength, power, and stamina
  • Will need access to a sandbag and backpack
  • Will need access to a gym 
  • Most of these workouts will take 75 min to complete, but there will also be some that last up to 4 hours in duration.  

Military Strength and Stamina     $109.00

  • 12 weeks, 4-5 days a week
  • Develop strength, stamina, and grit  
  • This program is designed for fit military personnel with experience in the gym

Police Strength and Stamina      $109.00

  • 12 weeks, 4-5 days a week
  • Develop strength and stamina specific to the job
  • Focus is on short distance sprinting, and building upper body size
  • Most workouts should be able to completed in 60 min  
  • Will need access to a gym or an "in-house" fitness center
