Our Obstacle Athlete workouts are one of our most popular.  These are for athletes specifically looking to compete in an obstacle course race, or those who just like a lot of variety in their workouts.  Several of the plans will include a "simulated race" to be completed outdoors that will give athletes a chance to specifically practice some obstacles, carry odd/heavy objects, and run hills in a race-like scenario.  

Spartan Race - Sprint     $69.00

  • 8 weeks, 5 days a week
  • Designed to prepare athletes to compete with confidence in a Sprint distance Spartan Race.
  • Combining strength, power, speed work, endurance runs and mental grit, atheltes will have what it takes to finish the 3-5 mile event strong

Spartan Race - Super      $69.00

  • 8 weeks, 5 days a week
  • Building off the Spartan Sprint program, this will improve the athletes endurance and include lots of core and leg work
  • Combining strength using many different pieces of equipment, speed work, specific obstacle training, and long runs
  • Must be able to already run at least 4 mile

Spartan Race - Beast      $89.00

  • 12 weeks, 5 days a week
  • This program is for athletes looking to tackle one of the most challenging obstacle races, the 13 mile Beast.
  • Combines strength, tempo work, grip training, long endurance runs, heavy carries, and lots of burpees
  • Must be able to already run at least 6 miles
  • Includes several "race-simulation" workouts that will last several hours to prepare for the duration of the event
  • Best if completed 12 weeks directly prior to the event, as the final week is meant to be a "taper" week

Tough Mudder - Full      $89.00

  • 12 weeks, 5 days a week
  • Combines strength using Olympic lifts, work capacity circuits, endurance, core development and mental grit
  • Best if completed 13 weeks directly before event as the final week is meant to be a "taper" week
