Our Backcountry Athlete workouts are designed for those who will be venturing out into the mountains, or remote rivers.   The primary focus will be the legs and lungs and shoulders.                                                  

Mountain Biker      $89.00

  • 12 weeks, 2-3 days a week
  • This is an off-season strength program for the mountain bike athlete
  • Majority of the focus will be in-gym training focusing on legs and core
  • You will lift heavy weights to build strength without adding extra mass (weight), putting an emphasis on power to weight ratio

Alpine Skier      $79.00

  • 8-weeks, 4-5 days a week
  • This is an off-season conditioning program, preferably done the 8 weeks prior to beginning ski season
  • Combines Plyometrics, strength, and stamina training
  • Focus will be on legs, core, and conditioning
  • Will need access to a gym

Backpacker      $79.00

  • 8-weeks, 5 days a week
  • This plan will prepare athletes who are looking to go on extended-day backpack trips (2-4 days)
  • Will need access to a backpack and be able to load it to 35#
  • Will need access to a gym
  • **This program may also be suitable for runners who are training for a 10k race**.  You will perform everything the same but instead of rucking with a pack just complete the prescribed distance as a run.  Pace per mile will vary per athlete

Hunter      $89.00

  • 12-weeks, 5 days a week
  • This program is for any backcountry hunter (deer, elk, beer, bighorn sheep) 
  • The focus will be on the legs and lungs while also strengthening the shoulders and back muscles
  • Will need access to a gym, hills, and a backpack
