Rugged Athlete was established by Sloane Anderson.   We provide professional strength and conditioning programs designed for all levels of athletes including backcountry, obstacle course, tactical, and weekend warriors.  

As the name implies, our athletes are rugged. Plan to get sweaty. Plan to get dirty. Be prepared to train with a purpose. Be prepared to struggle in order reach optimal performance.  Expect professional coaching.
