Rugged Athlete was established by Sloane Anderson. We provide professional strength and conditioning programs for men and women seeking to improve as an endurance, or tactical athlete; and for those who consider themselves weekend warriors.
As the name implies, our athletes are rugged. Plan to get sweaty. Plan to get dirty. Be prepared to train with a purpose. Be prepared to struggle in order reach optimal performance. Expect professional coaching.
